BIOCARD provides temperature-controlled delivery across the UAE for pharmaceutical, laboratory, clinical and healthcare organizations — using its own pre-conditioned SafePack boxes, smart sensors and drivers, with shipment temperature records available on delivery.
Inside the Emirates the distances are short, but the conditions are not forgiving. A refrigerated medicine that leaves a qualified warehouse still has to survive a hot yard, a loading bay, city traffic, a reception desk and a last flight of stairs — and in a Dubai summer, that is where the temperature is most likely to slip. Our local service exists to close exactly those gaps: the box is conditioned before it moves, the sensor travels with the payload, and the driver is ours, not a subcontracted parcel network.
The failure point in local cold-chain delivery is rarely the road. It is the standing still.
A van parked in the sun for twenty minutes while a driver finds a reception can pass +60 °C inside. A box left on a counter during a shift change, a delivery held at a locked pharmacy, a multi-drop route where the same box is opened five times — each is a small exposure, and they add up. An ordinary courier optimises for the parcel arriving; a temperature-controlled service optimises for the medicine arriving usable, and for being able to prove it did. That difference is the whole job.

Each shipment is reviewed against the product, required temperature, route, timing and regulatory requirements. Availability of urgent and multi-drop options depends on the route and schedule — we confirm realistic timing before we commit, and we do not promise what the operation cannot consistently deliver.
Product, required temperature range, pickup and drop-off points, ready time and the delivery deadline.
The right SafePack model and PCM set for your range and route duration, conditioned before it leaves us — not grabbed off a shelf.
Pack-out to the agreed configuration, the sensor placed with the payload and activated, handling instructions issued.
Our own driver on the legs we run, with the route and drop sequence planned to limit door-open exposure.
Confirmation of delivery and the temperature record for your quality file, per the agreed scope.
Empty containers, samples or returns move back under the same controlled process.
