SafePack is BIOCARD’s own PCM-based thermal packaging system for the medical cold chain, with configurations for refrigerated, controlled-ambient and frozen ranges. Performance is configuration-specific and selected per shipment.
SafePack performance is configuration-specific. We select the container, PCM arrangement and conditioning process against the requirements of the actual shipment rather than relying on a single duration claim for every model and route.
SafePack containers use phase-change material (PCM) elements positioned around the payload. The PCM is conditioned before dispatch to the exact thermal profile the shipment requires — protecting the payload against both overheating and overcooling, without power, through airport handling, customs and final delivery.

From compact last-mile boxes to pallet-scale containers. Exact per-model specifications (gross vs usable volume, dimensions, weight, PCM configuration and tested duration) are provided with your shipment plan against the configuration selected for your route.
