The task. A distributor needed +2…+8 °C insulin delivered from a Dubai warehouse to multiple clinics across several emirates in one day — in mid-summer, with vehicle interiors far above +50 °C.
The configuration. SafePack containers with PCM conditioned for the refrigerated profile, one sensor per container, a planned drop sequence to limit door-open exposure, and our own driver.
The outcome. All drops completed within the agreed range; temperature records were provided for the client’s quality file. The same route now runs as a scheduled service.
Multi-drop pack-out: one regime, sequenced drops.
The task. A research-logistics client needed controlled-ambient trial kits moved from a Dubai depot to study sites in more than one GCC country, with documentation suitable for the trial master file.
The configuration. Controlled-ambient SafePack configurations, lane assessment per destination (border, carrier and customs requirements differ by country), sensor per shipment, and delivery evidence per the agreed scope.
The outcome. Kits arrived within their labelled range with records attached. Feasibility and timing were confirmed honestly per lane before commitment — one requested destination was declined and re-routed because the lane could not be controlled to the required standard.
The task. Irreplaceable frozen samples had to reach a central laboratory in Europe from a UAE research site, with the frozen state maintained through airport handling and customs.
The configuration. Frozen-range configuration with duration margin above the planned transit, classification and carrier acceptance confirmed in advance, monitoring per agreed scope, and a contingency plan for delay at the transit airport.
The outcome. Samples were received frozen and usable; the temperature record accompanied the shipment. The client’s quality team received the documentation pack for their file.
