Evidence, not adjectives. SafePack performance claims are tied to specific tests — model, temperature range, PCM configuration, payload state, starting temperature and ambient profile. There is no single universal duration. Below are real BIOCARD tests, run in UAE summer conditions.

Each test states its model, target range, ambient profile and payload status. Some boxes were placed in direct sun with surface temperatures far above +60 °C. Every test is shown in full below — click any one to enlarge.

SafePack +2 to +8 C field test: SP32 in direct sun, peak +63.52 C, held 49 hours — **+2…+8 °C refrigerated** — SP32 in direct sun, peak **+63.5 °C**, held **49 hours**.

SafePack -20 C PCM test: SP10, initial -22 C, +31 C warehouse, held 53 hours — **−20 °C frozen** — SP10, from −22 °C in a +31 °C warehouse, held **53 hours** (7 °C drift).

SafePack +15 to +25 C summer test: SP32, peak +64 C, held over 96 hours — **+15…+25 °C ambient** — SP32, peak **+64 °C**, held **over 96 hours** (empty box).

SafePack 0 to +8 C standard summer test: SP32, peak +56 C, held about 120 hours — **0…+8 °C** — SP32, peak **+56 °C**, held about **120 hours** (empty box, less-stringent range).

These tests used empty boxes under the stated conditions; a loaded box behaves differently and is confirmed per configuration. Our public product claim stays conservative at “up to 96 hours under defined conditions” — the tests above show how specific configurations behave in real Gulf heat. What each test report contains

test date and SafePack model;
required temperature range;
PCM type, quantity and conditioning method;
payload or empty-box status and starting temperature;

ambient temperature profile;
internal-temperature graph;
pass/fail criteria and duration within range;
limitations of the test.

Reports are published here as they are consolidated and approved. Meanwhile, the report relevant to your configuration — including heat-validated testing in Gulf ambient conditions — is available with your shipment plan.

How to read a hold-time claim

“Up to 96 hours” is meaningful only next to its conditions: which model, which PCM set, what payload, what ambient profile. That is why we publish the conditions with every figure — and why the number that matters is the one tested for your configuration, not the best number in the catalogue.

Are tests done with real payload?

Reports state payload or empty-box status explicitly — both are used in practice. A loaded box behaves differently from an empty one, which is exactly why the status is declared rather than hidden.

Can you test our specific product profile?

For recurring lanes we can run a configuration check against your profile and share the recorded data as part of the shipment plan — ask with your product, payload and route details.
