2.1. These Terms are our standing offer to sell SafePack thermal boxes, cold packs, bags, temperature loggers and related products listed at biocard.ae/safepack-prices (the “Price List”).
2.2. You accept these Terms when you send an order request through the order list on the Price List page, as “packaging to keep” in the delivery calculator, by e-mail or by WhatsApp. A sales contract is concluded when our Dubai team confirms the order in writing — products, quantities, prices, and the delivery or collection date (the “Order Confirmation”) — and issues a pro-forma or tax invoice.
2.3. These Terms are intended for business customers. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules prevail over these Terms.
2.4. If you have a signed agreement with BIOCARD, that agreement prevails over these Terms.
3.1. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and follow the Price List in force on the date of the Order Confirmation. A total shown on the website is an estimate until confirmed.
3.2. Prices exclude VAT. VAT at 5% is added to the tax invoice.
3.3. Conditioning of cold packs and delivery of the products are charged separately if you request them. Delivery is provided by BIOCARD Delivery (BIOCARD FREIGHT BROKER L.L.C) under its Delivery Terms; collection from our warehouse in Jebel Ali is by appointment.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders are paid 100% in advance. We release the products after payment is received.
5.1. Products are handed over at the address in the Order Confirmation or at our warehouse in Jebel Ali. Delivery and collection dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in the Order Confirmation.
5.2. Risk of loss or damage passes to you at handover. Ownership passes to you when the products are paid in full.
6.1. Check the quantity and visible condition of the products at handover and note any discrepancy on the delivery note.
6.2. Report hidden defects to us in writing within 30 days of handover, with photos and the invoice number.
7.1. The products correspond to their description and specifications in the Price List at handover. If a product is defective, we replace it or refund its price, at our choice.
7.2. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage after handover, misuse, or incorrect conditioning or packing.
7.3. How long a SafePack box holds its temperature range depends on the model, the configuration, the conditioning of the cold packs and the packing. Stated hold times are achieved when the box is conditioned and packed according to our instructions. When you ship goods in purchased packaging yourself or through a third party, we are not responsible for the temperature of those goods.
You may cancel a confirmed order free of charge before the products are dispatched or collected, unless they were conditioned or prepared specially for you. Products that conform to the order are not taken back after handover unless we agree in writing.
Our liability under an order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of or damage to goods shipped in the products, except where the law does not allow such exclusions.
We process personal data in order requests and invoices to perform the order, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and each sales contract are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that are not settled by negotiation are referred to the courts of Dubai.
12.1. These Terms are published in English. If they are translated, the English text prevails.
12.2. We may publish a new edition of these Terms on biocard.ae. The edition in force on the date of the Order Confirmation applies to that order.
