Biocard provides local temperature-controlled logistics across the UAE, operating the entire cold chain through its own infrastructure, transport fleet, and proprietary SafePack ecosystem. We control storage, packaging, transportation, first/last-mile delivery, and temperature monitoring — without outsourcing critical stages.

Own temperature-controlled vehicle fleet
Local distribution is performed using Biocard-owned vehicles, fully adapted for pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics. All vehicles have official permits and approvals for pharmaceutical transportation, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards. Using our own fleet minimizes risks, reduces transit time, and ensures consistent temperature control.
SafePack insulated boxes
Biocard designs and manufactures reusable thermal boxes that maintain required temperature ranges (+15…+25 °C, +2…+8 °C, −15…−25 °C, up to −70 °C) for 5+ days, protecting cargo during transportation, storage transitions, and last-mile delivery.
SmartSensor temperature monitoring
Biocard’s proprietary SmartSensor devices provide continuous temperature and location monitoring. All data is recorded and delivered to the client as a detailed temperature report.
Unified monitoring and reporting
Packaging, transport, and sensors operate as a single system — ensuring no temperature gaps and full traceability across the entire route.
